Submissions of new Transfer of Service (TOS) requests through Part A of the PI-5000 are due Friday, September 17. Requests are submitted for new costs of eligible students transferring in from another governmental unit. We will close Part A first thing in the morning on Monday, September 20. Detailed information is available in our Directions for Completing Transfer of Service document.
We strongly encourage districts submitting new Part A requests at this late date to follow up directly with each student’s prior Wisconsin school district. Verifications through Part B are due on Friday, September 24. Finally, Part C summaries and final submissions are due on Friday, October 1.
