DPI will hold a public hearing on a proposed permanent administrative rule to allow school districts to provide virtual summer school classes for all grade levels and count the instructional minutes for membership. The proposed language is identical to what was in place last summer under Emergency Rule 2003.
The hearing will be held via conference call on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 2:30 pm. Information on participating or providing written comments is available in the Notice of Public Hearing. The draft rule and other related information are available on the rule page (CR 21-008).
