Subject – 2015-16 Additional Year Tuition Waiver Verification Lists

Tuition waiver lists were mailed out on Friday.   Each list will contain the names of students 
who, according to our data base, have been approved to transfer into or out of your district via 
an additional year tuition waiver (AYTW).  

If you have AYTW students, but do not get any list(s) by November 20th, please let us know.

Please review each list carefully.  Instructions are printed on each list.  

Note: if the student is on your list and applied for open enrollment under the alternative 
procedure, they are not considered a tuition waiver student and should be crossed out.  

Please mail, fax or email each list back to the Department on or before December 4, 2015.
