Due to an increase in Sparsity Aid resulting from 2017 Act 141, the adjustment to the per pupil 
payments for open enrollment has increased $7 from the previous estimates under Act 59. 

The 2018-19 estimate for pupils without disabilities is $7,379.
The 2018-19 estimate for pupils with disabilities is $12,431.
