We have been made aware that there are many districts that are already entering in 3rd Friday 
information for open enrolled students. The 3rd Friday Count date is not until Friday, September 
21st. 

We do not recommend reporting students as “Open-Enrolled” prior to the actual 3rd Friday 
Count date. 

There will be a list serv notice sent out early next week with specific information related to 3rd 
Friday reporting in OPAL.
