To request a 2019-20 open enrollment application submitted during the regular application 
period to be deleted, please use the Delete button in the far right column of the applications 
list. Only the nonresident district can request deletion of an application. Do not request 
deletion of the same application more than once. This often results in errors. It may take a 
while, but if you have requested deletion, it will be deleted. We will not begin deleting 
applications until after the regular application period ends.

Be sure to check and double check your requested deletions. Be extremely careful in requesting 
deletions! Please do not request deletions more than once. This may result in us deleting all of 
the pupil’s applications. We currently have 146 deletion requests and cannot start deleting any 
of them until after the application period ends.  

Applications can be deleted by a nonresident district only for the following reasons: 

*	the pupil is already open enrolled 

*	the pupil is already open enrolled and is required to reapply to the nonresident district 
upon entering middle school, junior high, or high school. In this instance, the 
nonresident district should print a copy of the application for their records and then 
request deletion

*	the application is a true duplicate. A duplicate application is one in which the pupil’s 
name, resident district, and nonresident district are all the same. 

When requesting a deletion, please be careful and make sure that you are requesting deletion 
of the correct application.  

You must enter the reason for the deletion request. If you do not enter this information, we will 
follow up with you to determine the reason, which delays the deletion process.
