Subject – Reminder: Deadline to Submit a SPED Actual Cost Financial Statement – Monday, 
September 30
 
This is just a reminder that the Withdraw function of the SPED Actual Cost tab in OPAL will be 
locked at 11:59pm on Monday, October 14 for nonresident school districts to withdraw a SPED 
Actual Cost Financial Statement. After this date, nonresident districts will not be able to 
withdraw any SPED Actual Cost Financial Statements.
