Prior to submitting 2023-24 applications and transfer requests, continuing schools with eligible 22-23 applications and transfer requests must complete the Student Rollforward in the SNSP Portal:

Schools submit eligible 2023-24 applications and transfer requests in the SNSP Portal.  The next DPI submission deadline is August 11, 2023.

2022-23 Application & Transfer Request Information

Application & Transfer Request DPI Submission Process:

Schools must submit eligible 2022-23 applications and transfer requests in the SNSP Portal. The Student Information link in the top ribbon has a drop down menu that includes links to submit a Student Application and Transfer Request. The Student Information menu also includes a Student Summary. The Student Summary will list the 2022-23 applications and transfer requests that have been entered in the SNSP Portal.

The links for submitting the 2021-22 applications and the transfer requests to the DPI were emailed to all SNSP Administrators and SNSP Designees on July 30, 2021. Print screens from the submissions forms are included in the following PDFs:
