The FY 2022-23 IDEA flow-through and preschool formula grant allocations have been loaded into the WISEgrants web portal. Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) may have begun obligating funds on July 1, 2022, for the new fiscal year if IDEA certifications and assurances were signed by an agency authorizer. LEAs should have initial flow-through and preschool budget applications submitted by September 15, 2022 (the same timeline as the Title I application).

This is geared towards users who are new to budgeting the IDEA formula funds, in this session, we will walk through each piece of the flow-through and preschool application.

IDEA Formula Application Drop-In Sessions
The following sessions will be an open time for LEAs to drop in and ask questions regarding the IDEA application process. We will also cover topics we believe are turning out to be issues for LEAs completing the application. These sessions will not be recorded, so LEAs are comfortable asking any questions they may have. The initial flow-through and preschool applications are due September 15, so this is a great opportunity to get your last-minute questions answered.
