Annual Summer Inclusion Institute Pre-Conference: Maximizing Learning for Students with Significant Support Needs

Conference Mission

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's (DPI) Annual Intellectual Disabilities (ID) Conference now take places as The 2nd Annual Inclusion Institute Pre-Conference: Maximizing Learning for Students with Significant Support Needs. It will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Westwood Conference Center in Wausau, WI. The pre-conference is held prior to the annual Inclusion Institute and will include keynote speakers and sectionals specific to topics of alternate assessment, dynamic learning maps, assistive technology, transition, and academic and functional supports for students identified with a most significant cognitive disability. The cost of the pre-conference is $65 per person which includes lunch.

Target Audience

General and Special Educators, administrators, paraprofessionals, or parents.

Conference registration is $65 per person.
