Evaluation & Performance Report
A strong commitment to program evaluation will assure the successful assessment of Educators Forward project goals and objectives, and provide formative evaluation to continuously improve the quality and impact of project activities. The Educators Forward evaluation plan uses a structured, methodical, systematic, and data-driven approach aimed at providing information to guide project implementation decisions with confidence, in a timely manner that can be measured accurately. Educators Forward will provide evidence-based practices responsive to improving the capacity of special educators and leaders to effectively increase retention rates and increase student outcomes.The Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative (WEC), at UW-Madison’s Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER), has committed to serve as the external evaluator for Educators Forward.
