Wisconsin public library workers now have access to a tutorial covering the basics of privacy and public libraries, with specific attention to Wisconsin laws.
On February 1, 2023, all Wisconsin public library directors will be sent an email regarding a Public Library Staff Compensation Survey. This survey is part of a Library Services Technology Act-funded (LSTA) library staff compensation study coordinated by the System and Resource Library Administrators Association of Wisconsin (SRLAAW) and is being performed by Carlson Dettmann Consulting.

The invitation is now open for library and educational practitioners to submit proposals to present at the 2023 Play Make Learn Conference. The conference takes place July 20-21 at the Memorial Union, 800 Langdon St., Madison, WI.
The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s Library Services Team released three announcements for systems and libraries regarding the 2023 Annual Report on Public Libraries. These announcements do not pertain to the upcoming 2022 Annual Report which opens in January 2023.
