Council on Library and Network Development Meeting Notice

The Council on Library and Network Development (COLAND) will meet virtually Friday, January 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. COLAND, the 19-member council appointed by the governor, advises the State Superintendent of Public Instruction to ensure all state citizens have access to library and information services.
