IDEA Complaint Decision 09-015
On March 12, 2009, the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) received a complaint under state and federal special education law from XXXXX against the Weston School District. The department must issue a decision on such complaints within 60 days. The issue is whether the district, beginning in March 2008, properly implemented the students individualized education program (IEP) with respect to positive behavior supports and interventions.
