WISE Community
WISE Community: A Teams Space for Communication, Collaboration and Sharing
WISE Community is a Microsoft Teams-based communication group created for our local education agency partners – schools, districts, state agencies, CESAs – as a space to post questions, share solutions and ideas, learn about updates and outages, and generally stay closely connected to DPI’s Partner Support team.
Partner Support provides technical support for WISE applications, like WISEdata, WISEdash, WISEid and WISEstaff, WISEadmin and WISEgrants, School Directory, School Modification, and PI-1207.
Partner Support posts announcements, alerts, news, and training opportunities to the "General" channel. While you may choose to mute or modify notifications for any of the channels, we recommend at least turning on notifications for the General channel to ensure you receive timely DPI notifications.
We encourage you to post questions and answers to any of the channels available on the left-side menu to receive peer-to-peer assistance and input. Feel free to post relevant tips, announcements, and best practices in the channel that best matches the content (e.g., Roster questions to WISEdata or WISEdash, salary questions to WISEstaff, etc.).
