Mentors for New WISE Users
Pilot Program for the 2026-27 School Year
Are you a data reporting specialist? Do you have more than three years' experience submitting data to DPI? Do you enjoy helping others and making new connections? Partner Support has created a new opportunity to connect advanced WISE data entry specialists with new users to help support their introduction into the WISE world.
Partner Support is facilitating mentorships between experienced and new data entry specialists who work in one or more of:
- the same application(s) as you (WISEid, WISEstaff, School Directory, etc.)
- the same EdTech tool(s) as you
- a similar local education agency as yours (small, large, urban, rural, public, choice, etc.)
Mentorship Criteria:
- Be a point of contact for an assigned new user to help them navigate the WISE applications and tools within
- Provide feedback to DPI Partner Support on currently available training resources and the possible direction of future trainings
- A shoutout at the WISE Conference for your willingness to help others
- A certificate can be made available upon request for your participation in the program
Partner Support is pairing mentors with mentees in September.
