The 2027 WISE Conference will take place:

  • Pre-conference: Tuesday, March 9, 2027
  • WISE Conference: Wednesday and Thursday, March 10 - 11, 2027
  • The Chula Vista Resort (1000 Chula Vista Parkway, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965)

The Chula Vista will honor the State room rate in their designated room block from now until 2/26/2027. If more rooms are needed after this time, the Chula Vista may extend the timeframe as needed and as possible. Rooms will be provided on a space available basis.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. daily. Check-out time is no later than 10:30 a.m. daily.

Coffee or Snack StationUnfortunately, due to our budget constraints, DPI is unable to offer coffee or a treat outside of our main lunch service. Conference attendees would appreciate your support in this way.

  • Opening Remarks Shout-Out – Your sponsorship will be recognized during our opening remarks at the start of the event.
  • Ongoing Recognition – We’ll continue to thank you throughout the day, with shout-outs during presentations and lunch announcements.
  • Paper and Digital Space - Your name and/or logo enlarged on the following items when you sponsor an enhancement opportunity for the WISE Conference
  • Upgraded Vendor Location – As a sponsor, you’ll receive an upgraded vendor location during the conference.

Free Attendee/Booth Only: All vendor representatives selecting this option are welcome to engage with attendees during the conference. This option includes:

  • one, six foot draped table,
  • two chairs, and
  • lunch each day of the WISE Conference.

NOTE: If your table needs to be near an outlet, please indicate this. DPI recommends providing your own extension cords and surge protector/power strip to avoid fees from the venue.
