FAQs, Details, and Points to Note

  1. School Enrollment Period: Submit each student's food service program association starting either on the day the student's enrollment began or on the month, day, and year when the student began receiving services in the school year for which data is being submitted. If a student continues to be enrolled in a food service program in a new school year, end the previous year's program association and begin a new one for the new school year.
  2. Breaks in Student Enrollment: When a student ends their primary enrollment, end that student's food service program association on the day their enrollment ends as part of the exit process. If the student returns to the school within the same school year, create and begin a new food service program association starting on the date the student re-enrolls.
