Cyber Security Alerts in WISEadmin Portal

Technical leads can use WISEadmin Portal's Cyber Incidents page to review detailed cyber security alerts sent by DPI. When a cyber security event occurs, technical leads receive an email like the one below that instructs them to log into WISEadmin Portal to review the details of the alert.

Cyber incident email that reads: This email alerts you to a cyber incident. You are receiving this email because you are listed as either the technical coordinator or a WISEadmin user for your district or LEA. Please connect directly with your technical coordinator immediately. The contact listed as the technical coordinator has also received this communication. Please access WISEadmin Portal to view the cyber incident alert and related information. The technical coordinator is required to acknowledge the cyber incident alert through the WISEadmin Portal. For further questions regarding the cyber alert, please contact SecurityNotifications@dpi.wi.gov. If you do not currently have access to this portal, please contact your District Security Administrator (DSA) and request that they assign access to the WISEadmin Portal in WISEsecure. For additional guidance on the portal, please use a Help Desk Ticket to contact the WISEdata Customer Services team. This is an automated email. Please do not reply to this email address.
