WISEadmin: Info, Help and User Guide

What is WISEadmin?

"WISEadmin" is the WISEadmin Portal. This WISE application's main users are district administrative staff (e.g., superintendents, directors, principals).

This data portal is a convenient hub for completing WISE-related required administrative tasks, such as:

• acknowledging the Data Sharing Agreement
• reviewing cyber incident reports from DPI
• keeping track of agency contacts
• keeping track of snapshot acknowledgments
• submitting District Library Plans
• submitting data errata letters to inform DPI about corrections to data after a snapshot

Get Started in WISEadmin

To access the WISEadmin portal, 

1. Log in to WISEhome.
   • For more information on logging in, visit the WISEhome webpage.
2. Select WISEadmin Portal from the list of applications.
3. If you need to change your agency, update agency contacts (if relevant to your role), or log out, click your username in the upper-right corner.
4. When you have completed work in WISEadmin, you can click the DPI logo in the upper-left corner if you need to return to WISEhome.

The WISEadmin Portal menu remains present on all screens within WISEadmin, but it may display differently, depending on the width of your screen. 

• On a standard computer screen, the menu displays horizontally across the top of the screen. 

• On a smaller window or screen, the menu displays as a 'hamburger' menu (three stacked lines). Click the hamburger menu to display the menu vertically.
