Event Description

Let's get WISE together!

Join us for the first annual WISE Back to School: New User Training Day! This training is for all types of new schools (public, charter and Choice) and new WISE users.

We will share tips, work through errors, and inform you of updates so that you can have the best start to the new school year.

The Partner Support (formerly known as Customer Service) Team will host and present in the morning, with subject matter expert guest speakers from other DPI teams, including Special Education and Career and Technical Education will present in the afternoon.

We will cover items such as setting up contacts in multiple WISE systems, EL scores, requesting WISE application access, common validation messages, and issues while setting up the new school years data. Join us to learn more about WISE and hear what questions schools are asking about their data! Please use this Question and Answer document throughout the session.
