K-12 Hands On Science Network Day

Event Description

Are you looking for authentic hands-on learning experiences for your students? Gain confidence teaching energy education indoors and out with lessons and kits from KEEP – Wisconsin’s K-12 Energy Education Program! Join us for a hands-on workshop filled with tools, activities, and ideas for energizing your teaching across the curriculum. Activities are adaptable for K-12 and include: Using Energy Audit tools to take temperatures and connect to climate change education Discovering Energy in Nature: Energy in an Ecosystem Solar Tilt and Solar Load Exploration.

Cost: $200 per person (KEEP will reimburse each school district $150 per teacher who attends the workshop.)
