The Federal Uniform Grant Guidance (2 CFR, Part 200) are regulations that establish rules that apply to all federal grants, regardless of which Federal agency is providing the award. These regulations streamlined the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars into one comprehensive policy guide.
