The Early Literacy Curriculum Council, as outlined by 2023 Act 20, reviews and recommends early literacy instructional materials for Wisconsin educators, families, and children, as well as advises the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) on the Director of the Office of Literacy otherwise known as the Wisconsin Reading Center.
