Message regarding public participation: This meeting is not for public comment, if you have comments or questions related to the state’s accountability system, please send them to DPIOEAmail@dpi.wi.gov. Our technical advisers are experts whom we are paying by the hour so our time with them today is being reserved to handle accountability questions of a highly technical nature.
