The State Superintendent’s Advisory Council on Deaf and Hard of Hearing Issues will meet on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, to continue the discussion and work on issues related to Wisconsin’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH) students.

• Reports from the Wisconsin Education Services Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
• Discussion Items:
• Council Membership - Welcome new members and continue the search to fill two vacant positions
• Educational Interpreter Shortage
• Birth-to-Three Programs
• IEP forms
• Vocational Program
• WI/IL collaboration for servicing deaf students in Northern IL
• Service Providers for D/HH students
• Deaf Culture and minorities within Deaf Culture
• Agenda review for the April meeting
