Event Description
The Wisconsin Improvement Program (WIP) is a consortium of teacher education and professional development through cooperation among colleges and universities, school systems, Wisconsin Cooperation Education Service Agencies (CESA’s), teacher associations, and other education organizations, institutions, and agencies. To achieve this purpose, activities of the consortium shall include a teacher internship program.
The membership is open to all Wisconsin baccalaureate degree-granting colleges, universities, and other Wisconsin institutions which prepare teachers for licensure, and to the Wisconsin State Department of Public Instruction (DPI). Members meeting the designated financial obligations during the previous fiscal year shall have voting privileges and be able to place teacher interns.
Members of the public are invited to participate by telephone conference call by calling in to the Virtual Meeting through Microsoft TEAMS as noted below:
