Event Description
Engaging stakeholders is founded in relationship building. Participants in this session will learn and/or review key practices in relationship building, identify key stakeholders (including external agency personnel) and methods for engaging different stakeholders related to their professional role. Participants will continue work on a plan for engagement as it applies to specific programmatic outcomes of their afterschool program.
