Event Description
Engaging stakeholders is founded in relationship building. Participants in this session will learn and/or review key practices in relationship building, identify key stakeholders (including external agency personnel) and methods for engaging different stakeholders related to their professional role. Participants will share their plan for engagement as it applies to specific programmatic outcomes of their afterschool program and receive feedback from peers.
