- Create a “culture of accountability”
- Navigate crucial conversations with high stakes, strong emotions, and opposing opinions
Comments from participants at the in-person workshops held this spring:
"This was very thoughtful content that forced me to think deeper. It also made it safe for me to explore an idea and not worry about 'getting it right.'"
"This workshop was FANTASTIC and REVELATORY."
Presenter: Dr. Alonzo Kelly is one of the nation’s leading experts on leadership development and strategic thinking, planning, and acting. He is a popular keynote speaker at events around the country, and is on the National Board of Directors for the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union).

Opportunity 2: Navigating the Terrain of Change: FOLLOW-UP DISCUSSION AND DEBRIEF
Tuesday, June 11
10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Register
OR
2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Register
NOTE: All participants of the Navigating the Terrain of Change workshops (held on April 25 and May 9) or webinar (held on June 10) are welcome to attend!
It is so exciting to go to a workshop or webinar and get a lot of new ideas and perspectives. We often need a little support to help those ideas take shape. Dr. Alonzo Kelly will be on hand for a follow-up discussion and debrief session to allow you a chance to ask questions about techniques and ideas you have put into practice or address barriers you’ve found to moving forward. Join your fellow librarians for a chance to learn and have fun together in a more informal learning environment.
This offering is a project of the Wisconsin IDEA Team, with support from the WI Department of Public Instruction with funds from the Institute for Museum and Library Services.
