2. AAA Promise

AAA is offering a seasonal campaign that was just re-opened for 2023: AAAPROMise. AAAPROMise aims to protect motorists from the dangerous consequences of impaired and distracted driving. Schools can order a kit to help keep teens and others safe on the roadway during prom and graduation season by raising awareness of the dangers of distracted-, alcohol- and/or marijuana-impaired driving. Kits can be ordered at www.AAA.com/PROMise and this flyer.

4. Severe Weather Awareness Week

Tornado and Severe Weather Awareness Week in Wisconsin will take place April 17-21 this year. This annual campaign encourages everyone in the state of Wisconsin to prepare for the tornadoes and severe storms the state frequently experiences during the spring and summer months. It is also a perfect opportunity for school administrators, safety officers, and faculty to review their severe weather safety procedures and participate in statewide tornado drills at 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on April 20.
