2021-22 School District Health Insurance Survey

Dear District Administrators,
 

April 20, 2022, the Department of Administration sent a memorandum to school districts opening the 2021-22 School District Health Insurance Survey and requesting submission by May 20, 2022. This report is required of all school districts under Wisconsin Statute s. 120.12(24)(b) (added as a statutory school board duty by the Wisconsin Legislature under 2017 Act 59). The memorandum was sent via email to district administrators and staff that indicated in past years that they are a preferred point of contact. Thus far over 50 percent of school districts have responded.

Please see the letter from Division of Executive Budget and Finance Administrator Brian Pahnke. If your school district did not receive an email and link to complete the survey, please contact kyle.kretschmann@wisconsin.gov who will provide you with the required information.
