Review Process
Start
- Open the application
- Review the activities that qualify
Collect Information
- Contact company staff about the activities that are offered
- Verify details about number of students involved, number of times offered, number of schools, etc.
Complete Application
- Complete the Online Application or print the paper version
- Follow the directions found on the application page
Submit Application
- Click submit at the end of the Online Application once it is completed
- Paper applications should be submitted as an attachment to bfoe@dpi.wi.gov

Application Review
- Applications are accepted at all times
- Reviews occur semi-annually
- Applications are read and scored by multiple Steering Committee reviewers from different DPI departments
Notification
- All applicants will be notified of award levels within 60 days of review
- Applicants scoring a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels will receive a marketing packet which consists of materials indicating your award designation
- Applicants can resubmit a new application to be considered for a higher award level after two years
