Application Review Process

Review Process 

Start 

Collect Information 

  • Contact company staff about the activities that are offered 
  • Verify details about number of students involved, number of times offered, number of schools, etc.

Complete Application 

Submit Application 

  • Click submit at the end of the Online Application once it is completed
  • Paper applications should be submitted as an attachment to bfoe@dpi.wi.gov
  • Mail completed application to:

Application Review 

  • Applications are accepted at all times
  • Reviews occur semi-annually
  • Applications are read and scored by multiple Steering Committee reviewers from different DPI departments

Notification 

  • All applicants will be notified of award levels within 60 days of review
  • Applicants scoring a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels will receive a marketing packet which consists of materials indicating your award designation
  • Applicants can resubmit a new application to be considered for a higher award level after two years
