Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 115.28 (54m), notice must be provided regarding the educational options available to all students who are at least three years old*, but not yet 18 years old. Each of the following areas linked below represent educational options for Wisconsin students:

* Local education agencies provide special education services to three-year olds as dictated by those students' individualized education programs (IEP). Public and private schools may also choose to operate programming serving three-year olds. If you are interested in whether a school provides that type of programming, you may contact the school directly.
**NOTE: not all private schools operating in Wisconsin are listed in the directory
The Educational Options in Wisconsin document, available on the Parental Education Options webpage, provides some additional information about education options.
