Special Needs Scholarship Program

The Bureau of Education Options (BEO) web pages and documents are currently under construction. Most web pages, documents, and forms will continue to be available, but may look different due to updates to ensure Title II ADA digital accessibility requirements are met. If you have any questions or need help finding information or a document, please contact snsp@dpi.wi.gov.

What is the Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP)?

The Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) allows a student with a disability, who meets certain eligibility requirements, to receive a state-funded scholarship to attend a participating private school. The Special Needs Scholarship Program is governed by Wisconsin Statute  115.7915 and Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter  PI 49.
