The Bureau of Education Options (BEO) web pages and documents are currently under construction. Most web pages, documents, and forms will continue to be available, but may look different due to updates to ensure Title II ADA digital accessibility requirements are met. BEO will be unable to update our web pages between March 20 and April 24 as part of this update. This project is expected to be completed in May for BEO pages. What is the Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP)?
The Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) allows a student with a disability, who meets certain eligibility requirements, to receive a state-funded scholarship to attend a participating private school. The Special Needs Scholarship Program is governed by Wisconsin Statute 115.7915 and Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter PI 49.
