The following documents should be used by schools to process applications for the Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP).

2022-23 Application & Transfer Request Information

Application & Transfer Request DPI Submission Process:

Schools must submit eligible 2022-23 applications and transfer requests in the SNSP Portal. The Student Information link in the top ribbon has a drop down menu that includes links to submit a Student Application and Transfer Request. The Student Information menu also includes a Student Summary. The Student Summary will list the 2022-23 applications and transfer requests that have been entered in the SNSP Portal. Continuing SNSP students will be added to the Student Summary in the Portal later this fall.

The links for submitting the 2021-22 applications and the transfer requests to the DPI were emailed to all SNSP Administrators and SNSP Designees on July 30, 2021. Print screens from the submissions forms are included in the following PDFs:
