This is a unique identifier of the Student Discipline Incident Association endpoint.
The Student Discipline Incident Association ID is auto-generated and assigned by Ed-Fi.
This identifier is not the same as the student's WISEid.
The Student Discipline Incident Association ID is a required data element.
This endpoint has been deprecated. It is not being used for the 2023-24 school year, going forward.
It is being replaced by the Student Discipline Incident Behavior Association endpoint.
USES: This data element is critical in tracking an incident to the correct student involved and the school where the incident occurred.
