Early Reinstatement Conditions: Discipline
The Early Reinstatement Conditions data element applies following an expulsion, but only if the student had early reinstatement conditions for returning to school prior to the end of the expulsion.
It's a condition that a student is required to meet before the student may be granted early reinstatement to return to school or condition(s) that a student is required to meet after his/her/their early reinstatement but before the expiration of the term of expulsion. These conditions will be specified in the student's expulsion order under s.120.13(1)(c)3, or s. 120.13(1)(e)3, or s.119.25 Wis Stats. See also: s.120.13(1)(h)1. Wis Stats.
The Early Reinstatement Conditions data element is required only for expulsions.
