WI DPI Student CTE Program Association: Career Education
WI DPI Student CTE Program Association is a data element extension to the Student CTE Program Association end point and is comprised of Status Types for Certified Programs and for State Endorsed Regional Career Pathway. This data is conditionally required for students in a CTE program.

USES: WI DPI Student CTE Program Associations field collects more detailed information about the student's link to a course in a Career Education program for Career and Technical Education (CTE) and College and Career Ready (CCR) reporting.
FAQs, Details, and Points to Note
- Career Education FAQs & Use Cases: To find more information and specific scenarios about Career Education, see the Career Education FAQs & Use Cases page.
- Submitting Certified Career Education Programs: For Certificated Program Status Type, the certification status for 'Certified Career Education Programs' which are not associated to courses should be submitted as part of the program association. For example, if a student is participating in a nursing certificate but if this certificate program is not associated to a course in the student's schedule, then the certification status for the program should be submitted in this field. Depending on the status, one of the program area types should be submitted.
- The certification status for Non-Certified Career Education Programs which are not associated to courses will be 'NULL'.
