All Wisconsin public, tribal and private schools serving students in high school grades are eligible to leverage the Wisconsin Digital Learning Collaborative. Private schools will have to work with their local public schools to purchase.

Broadband Discount Program (available now)

Local education agencies (LEAs) across the state with students, families, or educators who cannot afford internet service may purchase discounted internet access. LEAs will pay the discounted rate and the vendors will provide the access directly to households.

CESA Purchasing developed a new Digital Learning Bridge web page with materials and outreach to LEAs about broadband offers. Each LEA has access to up to $4,276 in additional discounts for broadband, hardware or software identified on the Digital Learning Bridge.

CESA Purchasing will also work with vendors directly to collect data on how many students/families and educators are provided discounted access. They will provide updates and resources with necessary information and support, respond to LEA inquiries, and offer technical assistance.
