Accepting Nominations for 2018

The 14th State Superintendent's Standing Up for Rural Wisconsin Awards is now accepting nominations for partnerships among schools, libraries, and communities which have resulted in programs or projects that demonstrate the collaborative spirit of rural Wisconsin. Exemplary programs can be nominated by completing a nomination form and sending it to:

2017 Award Ceremony 

The 13th State Superintendent's Standing Up for Rural Wisconsin Awards was held on October 31, 2017 in conjunction with the 9th Annual Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance (WiRSA) Fall Conference at Glacier Canyon Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells.

The 12th State Superintendent's Standing Up for Rural Wisconsin Awards ceremony was held in conjunction with the 8th Annual Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance (WIRSA) Fall Conference held at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, Stevens Point, WI on November 9, 2016.
