Event Description

Join us for a one-day workshop with "Teaching STEM Outdoors: Activities for Young Children" author Patty Born Selly. This event is a part of the Preserving Early Childhood Conference taking place in Stevens Point February 27 - March 1.

Registration includes lunch and a copy of Patty's book, "Teaching STEM Outdoors: Activities for Young Children." Come dressed to head outside (remember, there's no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing)!

This workshop is applicable for any parent or educator wanting to engage young children (up to age 8) in nature. Registration is not yet available. By completing this form we will send you more information about the event as details become available.

Thanks to the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin C.D. Besadny Fund for funding Patty Born Selly's involvement in this workshop and to the Wisconsin Center for Environmental Education for supporting scholarships and books.
