ESSER III Out-of-School Time Grant Opportunity Announcement

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) 21 and Wisconsin State Motion 57 have authorized two funding streams to support Out-of-School Time (OST) programs.

This is a competitive grant process for the development and implementation of evidence-based OST programs to address the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on students. Out-of-School Time programs must address academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of identified students.

There will be one application process with 3 rounds of funding.

Community Based Organizations (CBOs)

Important Deadlines

Application Due: October 14, 2022, 4:00 p.m. CST
Notification: December 2022
Grant Duration: December 1, 2022-September 30, 2024
