The American Rescue Plan (ARP) 21 and Wisconsin State Motion 57 have authorized two funding streams to support Out-of-School Time (OST) programs.
This is a competitive grant process for the development and implementation of evidence-based OST programs to address the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on students. Out-of-School Time programs must address academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of identified students.
There will be one application process with 3 rounds of funding.
