We are happy to produce certificates to recognize and honor those who have served in the education field; this includes all staff working in a school setting (teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, food service, grounds staff, support staff, etc.). We prefer all requests be submitted through this online submission form. Certificates are personalized with the employees name, years of service, and printed on parchment paper, with the state superintendent's signature, and the DPI gold state seal applied to each. We feel you will like them as much as we do.
Certificates are regularly processed and dated the day they are printed; you are welcome to submit them year round. Please kindly allow up to 14 business days for requests to be processed; feel free to contact Kelly Behling with any questions you may have Kelly.Behling@dpi.wi.gov
