Aligns to coaching competencies 1.a, 1.c, 6.b & 6.c

COMING SUMMER 2020! In the 2018-19 school year, the developers of the WI Coaching Competency Practice Profile (CCPP) began to develop an evaluation rubric aligned to the CCPP and other standards. This evaluation has been developed to evaluate different types of coaches: instructional, teams, and systems.

In the 2019-20 school year, the WI Coach Evaluation was piloted by districts and 2R charters across the state while providing feedback to the development team. The team made revisions to the rubric and recommended processes based on the pilot participant feedback.

The final WI Coach Evaluation Rubric, process forms and evidence collection guidance will be available on the WI Coaching Evaluation webpage in the coming weeks. Process forms will be available to state model districts in the Frontline Education platform starting the summer of 2020.
