Instructional Technology Services Team
The Instructional Technology Services Team provides technology leadership, and support for DPI’s mission to provide equitable services to all schools and libraries.
The Information Systems, Security, and Infrastructure (ISSI) and Help Desk teams support the Agency’s work by managing the local and wide area network technology, security, and infrastructure. As the need to protect and secure the infrastructure and data across multiple systems increases the two teams work to provide leadership and guidance that can also be applied to schools and libraries.
Additional team members support the Agency’s webpage, WISELearn, forms and surveys, E-Rate, broadband, and library technology support. These positions provide both direct and indirect support to schools, libraries, students and families.
