There is a new focus on civic engagement in the revised standards. But what does that mean? Take some time to learn about the new civic engagement movement across the country, in our standards, and what it could mean for your classroom. We will also spend time to reflect on the Year 1 work, see what worked for you and what didn't, and plan for next years' curriculum work!  Audience: This session is designed for district teams or individuals involved in the social studies standards roll out.
