Learn how to leverage the inquiry approach of the newly revised Wisconsin Standards for Social Studies to integrate other required content areas through authentic, interdisciplinary learning experiences. Explore connections to American Indian Studies (AIS), environmental literacy and sustainability (ELS), and information technology literacy (ITLS) in the social studies classroom. Audience: This session is designed for elementary teams involved in the social studies standards roll out.
In CESA 2, this workshop is part of a series. The final workshop is on March 7, 2019 (Civic Engagement, Reflection, and Planning for Year 2).
