Wisconsin residents can use the Internet Discount Finder to quickly find low-cost home internet service and discount programs. Enter an address and choose eligibility criteria to display available plans and view next steps for enrollment in the Affordable Connectivity Program.

Affordable Connectivity Program
The Affordable Connectivity Program is a temporary federal internet discount program that allows eligible households to receive a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
Families can find out if they qualify by calling the program Support Center (877) 384-2575 or by visiting the dual language English/Spanish Wisconsin Public Service Commission Benefit Page.
Schools can use the EducationSuperHighway K-12 Toolkit to download Free/Reduced or Community Eligibility Provision school sample letters and student ID templates that can be provided to households to help them qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program.
Wisconsin Help for Homeowners
The Wisconsin Help for Homeowners Program provides assistance for overdue Internet bills. Eligible households may receive up $40,000 of assistance to help with overdue housing bills.
Public Service Commission Internet Helpline
The Public Service Commission has established an Internet helpline for Wisconsin consumers. Callers can speak directly with a dedicated staff member to learn about options available in their area and discuss eligibility for discounts on critical communications services.

The map displays hundreds of locations where citizens can go to use WiFi with new locations being added as they become available.
