The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is excited to host our fifth annual Wisconsin Future Ready Leadership Summit. The Wisconsin Digital Learning Plan is built on elements of Future Ready Schools that support empowered and innovative district leaders as they adopt creative instructional strategies and personalized learning options for students. Join Future Ready Director of Innovation Thomas C. Murray and education consultant Myron Dueck as they facilitate conversations around innovative practices and how they create more meaningful learning experiences. In this interactive workshop, participants will take a deep dive into their current realities and compare it to their desired realities. Taking their own leadership, culture, equity, learning, and assessment practices in remote and onsite environments into consideration, leaders will analyze and strategically action-plan for targeted opportunities and outcomes. As schools continue to respond to the evolving needs of students, staff, and families, educators need to provide genuine options to best serve their communities. This session will provide attendees with practical takeaways to make their schools and classrooms places where authentic and connected learning becomes a reality for all stakeholders.
